The wheel in Human Design has 64 numbered gates. Gate 22 is the one that covers 17°00′ to 22°38′ Pisces, and it is lit for you if a planet sat there at your birth. It lives in the Solar Plexus center, the part of the bodygraph the system links to feelings.

Twelve Houses calls it Gracious Mood. Picture the dinner guest who arrives, reads the table in four seconds and says the one warm thing that loosens a stiff evening. Human Design dates from 1987 and is a belief system, not science, so treat the gate as a lens for describing a style.

When gate 22 is defined

Channel 12-22 runs from the Solar Plexus to gate 12 in the Throat. The system labels it Openness, and Twelve Houses nicknames it Mood Speaker. The idea is that speech follows your emotional wave: a message lands warmly on a good day, and you go quiet on a low one.
